
Automotive Industry Entry Level Administrative Assistant

This is an entry-level opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Sales Administrator/Registration Clerk. If you are looking for a start in the automotive industry, or have a desire to build on your existing experience, this is the position for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure administration duties relative to stock control and sales are attended to in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Provide efficient support to management with regard to vehicle follow-up, reports, and stock requirements.
- Promptly complete dealer swaps and registration processes of vehicles.
- Register vehicles (training provided).
- Maintain data across multiple computer platforms for the Sales Department.
- Process internal paperwork concerning deliveries.
- A positive work ethic, excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- High confidence with computers, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Prior experience within the automotive industry, particularly vehicle registrations, or a Business Administration qualification will be looked upon favourably.
