We are seeking a customer-focused professional to represent one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands. This role offers an opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career, providing exceptional service to customers, managing calls, and supporting sales and service teams with administrative tasks.

This vital frontline team member will welcome customers warmly upon arrival, answer phone calls promptly and professionally, schedule service appointments, and direct enquiries to the correct departments. Maintaining a clean reception and showroom environment is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and manage their experience.
- Answer phone calls professionally and make bookings as required.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate departmental support.

Administrative Support:

- Assist the sales team with vehicle paperwork for new and used cars.
- Prepare contracts, compliance, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle registration and delivery readiness.

Service Department Support:

- Manage service bookings and communication.
- Prepare job cards and update service records.
- Coordinate communication between advisors, technicians, and customers.

General Administration:

- Order supplies and manage inventory.
- Perform daily admin tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- A genuine passion for customer service and professional presentation.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
