About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our dynamic kitchen brigade at The Greens, part of Norths Collective. As a leading hospitality group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and experiences that consistently exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, ensuring presentation and flavor meet our standards.
  • Contribute to a strong team focus, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Assume responsibility for kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory management, and compliance with food safety guidelines and club policies.
  • Ensure the highest level of hygiene and food safety, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in Work, Health, and Safety Compliance activities, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in plating and presenting dishes in a restaurant-style setting.
  • Understanding of safe food handling and HACCP principles.
  • Knowledge of food quality control and menu development.
  • Passion for creating innovative dishes and recipes.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Understanding of strict health and hygiene standards and Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
