Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Workplace Solutions Specialist. This role will focus on improving return to work outcomes and providing injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be between $70,000 to $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
Job DescriptionAs a Workplace Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Caseload management and case coordination
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain upon graduation
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A desire to problem-solve and innovate
- A passion for injury prevention and return to work
