Nurse Educator

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to provide hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to graduate nurses and students.
About the Role:
- Promote evidence-based nursing care through dissemination of current best practice knowledge.
- Ensure staff compliance with mandatory training and eLearning components.
- Attend policy meetings, ward meetings, and education meetings.
About the Position:
This is an opportunity to work in a fully accredited tertiary facility with 334 beds, providing emergency services, surgical specialties, ICU, CCU, medical services, and cardiology services.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration
- Post Graduate Certificate in ED
- Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE)
- Educator experience in a similar role
- eLearning platform experience
- Computer literacy including MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
