The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join a dynamic and expanding business.

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the daily management of the portfolio, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards.

Operating within a pod-based system where each team member focuses on specific tasks while collaborating closely to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of a residential portfolio of approx 130 properties
  • Oversee repairs & maintenance management - working closely with tenants and trades
  • Conduct inspections
  • Managing bond processes
  • Property photos, landlord insurance, property compliance and advertising
  • Attending tribunal hearings as required
The Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager is required.
  • Current QLD Real Estate License
  • Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations
