Overview

Property Manager - Part-Time - 12 Month Contract at Little Real Estate.

The Role

We are searching for an experienced, proactive Property Manager to join our team on a 12 month, Part-time contract (4 days a week). This position is based across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with one regular work from home day each week. The role is designed for someone who is looking for a change of work environment and wants to be part of a supportive and productive team.

Location: Springwood, Queensland, Australia. Job Category: Property Services. Job Type: Permanent - Part Time.

A Day In the Life

Our Property Managers have the flexibility and independence to manage their own week and are supported by caring and inspiring leaders.

We are looking for a fun, hardworking and genuine individual to do the following:

  • Portfolio consisting of 145 properties
  • Liaise with owners and tenants
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears

The Successful Candidate
  • Industry experience and a passion for Property Management
  • A current Agent's Representative certificate/ Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • Magnificent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to build genuine relationships with external and internal clients
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
