About the role

Propertyworks is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team in Loganholme, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising returns for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained and rent is collected on time

Prepare and execute lease agreements, tenancy inspections, and property condition reports

Oversee the marketing and leasing of vacant properties to secure new tenants

Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to landlords

Respond to tenant inquiries and address any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of properties

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders

Proficient in the use of property management software and systems including Console Cloud, PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate & Realworks.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act and consumer protection laws
