As a seasoned tax expert, you will lead and advise clients on complex tax matters, driving growth and managing risk. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of your clients' businesses by delivering high-level tax advisory and compliance solutions.

You will oversee the preparation and review of income tax returns, BAS/IAS, FBT, and tax effect accounting for a diverse portfolio of clients. This includes ASX-listed companies, SMEs, trusts, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.

Deliver tailored tax planning and advisory strategies, including restructures, consolidations, international tax, and succession planning. Provide strategic advice on tax risk management, compliance issues, and legislation changes.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, managing audits, rulings, and queries. Supervise, mentor, and support accountants at all levels, fostering technical growth and career progression.

Review and enhance workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in service delivery. Collaborate with partners and directors to strengthen tax service offerings and contribute to business development initiatives.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing within your team.
