We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Employment Tax team in providing high-touch, value-add advisory and compliance services to diverse clients. Our team delivers on various projects, from complex tax advice to payroll and superannuation reviews, and tax managed services for Australia's largest employers.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Employment Tax Consultants and consulting to Australia's largest employers on Fringe Benefit Tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding, and Superannuation Guarantee obligations.

You will also be involved in developing employment tax compliance solutions using data analytics and robotic process automation, resolving disputes and investigations with tax authorities, growing our national network, and shaping future employment tax offerings.

In this role, you will work within our wider Workforce Advisory business, alongside a young and vibrant national team with a collaborative culture and strong growth mindset.

Requirements
  • Experience executing tax compliance and advisory work for clients.
  • Employment tax matters experience desirable.
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation experience.
  • FBT, Alteryx or other automation technology tool experience.
  • Able to undertake legal research and problem solve.
  • Commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships.
