Senior Tax Leadership Role

Embark on a strategic journey as a Senior Tax Manager in a high-performing finance team of a global business. As a key figure, you'll drive the development of tax strategy, provide expert advice to senior executives and the board, and influence major commercial decisions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Deliver strategic tax and transfer pricing counsel to business leaders
  • Oversee tax accounting, statutory reporting, and invoicing requirements
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance initiatives
  • Maintain tax policies and ensure jurisdictional alignment
  • Guide tax audits and lead regulatory communications
  • Monitor and mitigate tax risks across entities
  • Design and implement tax training programs for key stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of tax law changes and advise on business implications
  • Support cross-border projects and complex transactions
  • Advise finance leadership and contribute to board reporting
  • Negotiate tax matters with external parties
About You:
  • Degree-qualified and CA/CPA, with professional memberships such as the Tax Institute or Governance Institute
  • Strong technical Australian tax knowledge and leadership experience; ideally a 50/50 balance
  • Background in a large corporate or multinational with strong commercial acumen
  • Strategic mindset and ability to articulate tax impact across the organization
  • Exceptional communication skills
