As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. Your focus will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of claims and variations for subcontractors;
  • Reviewing and certifying subcontractor progress payment claims;
  • Providing commercial and contract advice to project teams;
  • Contributing to cost control and forecasting;
  • Managing and resolving claims with subcontractors and suppliers;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a contracts administrator or commercial officer in the construction industry;
  • Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Familiarity with corporate management software packages, such as SAP, NPP, and Vision;
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills;
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, law, construction management, or economics (CM&E);
