Job Title:

Design Standardisation Programme Lead

The Design Standardisation Programme Lead is responsible for leading the development and implementation of design standards within NSW Health Infrastructure.

  • Develops initiatives to improve design quality and consistency across capital projects
  • Fosters collaboration with internal experts, stakeholders, and industry partners to gather insights and best practices
  • Liaises with multidisciplinary teams to implement design solutions on time and within scope

This role works closely with the Change Manager to drive a change programme that supports the implementation of new design initiatives and addresses potential design variations.
