We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the planning, coordination, and operational delivery of key initiatives within high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and activities
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform planning and decisions
  • Track progress against milestones and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting registers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes
  • Support change management initiatives and communication plans

The ideal candidate will have experience in a government or complex organisation in either project support or business administration, and possess excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities, high attention to detail, planning, and time management skills.

About You:
  • Experience in a government or complex organisation in either project support or business administration
  • Prior experience working within government or the public sector is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across diverse audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and across multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project or admin systems
  • Qualifications in Business, Project Management, Administration, or similar field (or relevant experience)
  • Must have full Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or long-term visa holders)
