Job Description:
  • We seek a skilled Air Travel Concierge to join our team.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will be responsible for assisting travelers with urgent questions, preparing and sending flight updates, and processing refunds and compensation claims.

Your duties will also include filing for pre- and post-travel tasks, such as rebooking flights or arranging accommodations.

Reliability is critical in this role, as you will need to respond promptly to alerts and provide timely assistance to our clients.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
