About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate travel consultant to join our team. As a corporate travel consultant, you will be responsible for handling travel arrangements for high-profile clients, including business executives and celebrities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers in the US">
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services">
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations">
  • Use Global Distribution System's (GDS) to ensure compliance with customers' agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements">
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to special requests promptly">
  • Prevent fraudulent callers from trying to book trips after hours by following security protocols">
  • Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • ">
  • A passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs">
  • Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus)">
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate travel, including fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail travel">
  • Experience in handling VIP corporate travel is required">
  • Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal)">
  • Attention to detail and ability to act with integrity and look after personal traveler information">
  • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with supplier">
  • Partnership and willingness to feedback">
