**What Will Your First Week Look Like?**

To ensure a smooth transition into your new role, your first week will involve working alongside the team to get a feel for how we operate. You'll spend time with your fellow technicians, learning how we use **SIMPRO** and understanding our systems and processes, so you can hit the ground running.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Varied, Hands-On Work**: Your daily tasks will range from **installing** commercial ducted units, package units, and VRV systems to servicing and handling repairs such as compressor and coil replacements, circuit board fixes, and more. Whether it's a new installation or a critical repair, each day presents a fresh challenge and an opportunity to sharpen your skills.
- **Residential and Commercial Focus**: Currently, our work is split 60% residential and 40% commercial, but we're aiming to expand more into commercial projects. If you're looking to grow with us, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting shift.
- **Efficient Scheduling**: We run an organized operation, using **SIMPRO** to ensure you have clear schedules and assignments to keep your day running smoothly.

**Our Team's Experience**:
Our Operations Manager, **Raz**, brings over 30 years of experience in the field and is dedicated to helping the team grow. So, if you feel like you're not yet where you want to be skill-wise but are coachable and eager to learn, we are here to support you and help you reach your full potential.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Relevant trade qualifications (Cert 3, Artick, White Card).
- A restricted electrical license.
- Expertise in **servicing, repairing, and installing** both commercial and residential air conditioning systems.
- A self-driven individual with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and reliability.
- Ideally, 2-4+ years of experience in the air conditioning trade.
- Enthusiastic apprentices are also welcome to apply
