Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Site Supervisor to oversee the successful completion of our projects.

  • Project Management: Responsible for managing and organizing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and maximum profitability.
  • Cost Control: Effective management of site costs, labor, and materials to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Site Liaison: Conduct regular site visits to liaise with builders, site foremen, and subcontractors, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Meetings: Attend project meetings to represent company interests and facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that fire systems are installed and tested in accordance with specifications.
  • Final Inspection: Supervise final inspection, commissioning, and certification of jobs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • OH&S Policy: Implement and monitor OH&S policies and procedures on-site and off-site, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • O H & S, General Induction for Construction work in NSW (White Card).
  • Current NSW driver's licence.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in construction and/or engineering.
  • University degree in any engineering discipline.
