Fire Protection Project Manager Role

A high-calibre Fire Protection Designer and/or Project Manager is sought to oversee medium to large-scale projects across the high-rise and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers, builders, and sprinkler fitters to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed budget reports to stakeholders.
  • Supervise all stages of installation, from start to commissioning.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in fire protection contracting.
  • In-depth knowledge of AS 2118.1 and BCA regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing fire protection systems.
  • Familiarity with computer-aided design software, including HydraCad.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivation and strong team working abilities.
