Fire Protection Project Manager Opportunity

Due to a substantial pipeline of medium to large high-rise and commercial projects, an experienced Fire Protection Designer and/or Project Manager is required to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with suppliers, builders, and sprinkler fitters to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Ordering pipe and materials as needed.
  3. Budget reporting and management.
  4. Supervising all stages of installation to commissioning.

Requirements:

  1. 3 years experience in the fire protection contracting industry.
  2. Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.
  3. Experience in design and/or management of fire protection systems.
  4. Computer-aided design skills using HydraCad or similar software.
  5. Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities.
  6. High accuracy and attention to detail.
  7. Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
