Risk Management Specialist

As a Retail Risk Investigator, you will be responsible for managing investigations related to theft, fraud, security, and loss. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough examinations and collaborating with internal stakeholders and law enforcement to address cases effectively.
You will leverage insights from reporting and dashboards to proactively identify areas that require investigation. You will play a critical role in delivering clear and actionable directions to Area Managers for high-priority stores.
In addition, you will be responsible for verifying the proper use and maintenance of physical security systems, including CCTV, merchandise tagging, security, locks, safes, and alarms.
Key Qualifications and Skills- Deep understanding of retail operations and commercial dynamics
- Proven experience in Loss Prevention within retail and/or distribution centers
- Background in conducting investigations (desired but not essential)
- Familiarity with relevant HR and ER requirements
- Expertise in physical security controls and systems (desired but not essential)
- Strong analytical abilities focused on fraud and loss prevention
- Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of excellence in execution
