Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Operations Specialist. This role plays a pivotal part in reducing loss and mitigating risks within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • System administration and maintenance of processes and systems
  • Maintenance and development of accurate user privileges
  • Regular audits to ensure system security and compliance
  • Leadership of PCI projects, coordination of compliance activities, and alignment with stakeholders for successful project execution
  • Collaboration with risk teams to execute programs, activities, and training that align with security, safety, and shrink focuses

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of retail operations and commercial dynamics
  • Proven experience in loss prevention within retail and/or distribution centers
  • Experience in conducting investigations (optional)
  • Expertise in physical security controls and systems (optional)
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of excellence in execution
