Job Description:

Lead Quality and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced quality and compliance professional to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our organization.

This role will involve developing and implementing quality, compliance and risk frameworks that align with industry best practices, monitoring and evaluating service delivery against regulatory requirements, and enabling leaders to account for quality, compliance and risk within their remits.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a quality and compliance role within the disability or health sector, excellent communication skills, and a commercial mindset. They will be able to advise leaders confidently, drive positive outcomes, and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality, compliance and risk frameworks that align with industry best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery against regulatory requirements.
  • Enable leaders to account for quality, compliance and risk within their remits.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and regulations affecting disability support services.
  • Prepare for and lead audits and reviews, ensuring documentation and processes are accurate and reflective of current requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of industry best practices and quality & compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in a compliance, quality assurance, risk or related role within the disability support sector or a similar regulated industry.
  • Proven experience in leading evidence-based reviews and analysis, with solution design expertise.
  • Experience in compliance and risk management relating to service delivery.
  • Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft applications and other online platforms.
