Restaurant Management Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee all restaurant operations at Locale Pizzeria Deakin. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of restaurant management, and the ability to maintain our high standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our customers.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely supply orders to meet the demands of our restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation that meets our high standards.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and overall profitability of the restaurant to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards to ensure compliance and maintain a safe environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet the demands of a busy restaurant.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet the needs of our customers.
