**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the National Operations Resourcing Manager, the position will be the key contact for coordination of international removals, domestic transfers and charters, while rotating through other responsibilities such as training (including ERT Training), secondments and deployments.

You will also establish and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and undertake key business activities such as planning, coordinating movements of unlawful non-citizens and property/cargo, coordinate staff to attend training, preparation of reports including graphs and templates of new policies, review operational documentation in preparation for approvals within agreed timeframes.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Develop and maintain successful professional working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders across a range of levels nationally.
- Plan, coordinate and track domestic, international and charter movements.
- Coordinate staff to attend training including notifications to staff and site management
Coordinate and manage appropriate communication and processes for complex/sensitive cases.
- Collate and submit week and month end reporting to National Operations, Finance and Compliance.
- Assist with investigations of inquiries and/or complaints as well the composition of appropriate
responses.

**About you - your ideal skills & experience**
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Tertiary Studies in a Business Administration, Finance, Human resources or equivalent experience within a medium to large company
- Excellent knowledge of reporting systems & Microsoft suite.
- Operational experience within an operational resourcing planning position supporting small to medium business.
- Experience working with reporting teams to collaborate and drive business improvement.
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a Federal police check as an essential selection component for this role._
