Content Creation Opportunity
The Team: Our dedicated content team is responsible for presenting Morningstar's thought leadership and research to investors and advisers in Australia. We provide written and video commentary, as well as podcasts, to help investors achieve their financial goals.
The Role: As an investment specialist, you will support our team operationally and source stories that inspire investors to reach their goals. Our content is published on morningstar.com.au, paid research products, and social media platforms.
Morningstar's Australian website provides essential insights on investing, retirement, and personal finance. You will work with our content and research teams to produce unique editorial content incorporating investor education, commentary, and actionable ideas.
We seek a dynamic self-starter with an interest in investing who wants to develop content creation skills while expanding our engagement with Australian investors.
This is an entry-level opportunity to learn Morningstar's investing philosophy, equity and manager research methodology, and approach to personal finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create interactive charts, social media assets, podcast operational support, and maintain the website.
- Generate written and video content.
- Utilize Morningstar products and tools to generate online content.
- Analyze investment data and market trends to generate online editorial.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of personal finance and investment.
- Interest in learning about content creation and investor engagement.
- Strong writing skills.
- Knowledge of or interest in learning Canva, video editing software.
- Analytically-minded, with a keen interest in data-driven content.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage content according to the editorial schedule.
