Job Title: Senior Quantitative Data Analyst

This is a highly sought-after role for a seasoned quantitative researcher/analyst and operations consultant to lead large-scale research projects from initial scope through to final roll-out and execution.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing complex, data-driven projects that deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in questionnaire design, survey implementation, data management, analysis (Q/SPSS), reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while also identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale research projects from initial scope through to final roll-out and execution
  • Develop and implement questionnaires, surveys, and data collection processes
  • Manage and analyze complex datasets using Q/SPSS and other tools
  • Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science)
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale research projects
  • Expertise in questionnaire design, survey implementation, data management, analysis (Q/SPSS), and reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
