Financial Analyst - Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our financial models, analyzing complex data sets, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in a quantitative field such as physics, mathematics, or computer science, with a proven track record of success in data analysis and modeling. They will be proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, and have experience working with big data sets and machine learning algorithms.

In this role, you will work closely with our traders and developers to design and develop predictive models that drive business decisions. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and for communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex financial data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance
  • Work with traders and developers to design and implement predictive models
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (physics, mathematics, computer science, etc.)
  • Strong academic record and research experience
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
  • Experience working with big data sets and machine learning algorithms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
