**The role: Quantitative Data & Insights Consultant - Social Research**

As the quantitative research division expands, they are looking for a Senior Consultant to join them, taking the lead on managing their most influential, complex, large-scale, and methodologically rigorous research programs alike:

- Continuous study of Australian migrants and their integration into the workforce and education
- Understanding employee engagement within early-childhood education
- Ongoing student satisfaction evaluation programme within higher education
- Improving public health services within marginalised communities
- Understanding behaviours and attitudes of smokers and their experience around quitting

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role focuses on ensuring that all projects run smoothly on time, and within budget and the right audiences are being reached. It's a blend of data collection management, project management, stakeholder engagement, quality checking and reporting with a technical bent.

**The essentials**:
We're looking for quantitative researchers/ analyst and operations consultants that have proven experience in leading large research projects from initial scope, through to final roll-out and execution. It's essential that you have experience in questionnaire design, implementing surveys, data management, executing the data collection processes, analysis (Q/SPSS), reporting and a genuine desire to deliver insights that have a positive outcome on society.
