Mental Health Recovery Support Specialist

The Health Education Officer role is designed to support and guide individuals in their recovery journey using lived experience with mental health services.
This position requires collaboration with consumers and staff to facilitate participation in individual treatment and recovery within a secure mental health setting.
The ideal candidate will be able to act as a positive role model, promoting personal recovery and practical insights into recovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certificate IV in Peer Work or willingness to obtain this qualification
- Relevant health-related qualification and a combination of experience
- Two-week full-time orientation provided (all days paid)
- Salary plus superannuation, additional allowances, fitness passport options, salary packaging, novated leasing, allocated days off, annual leave loading, on-site parking, easy access to public transport
