Role Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide consumers in individual treatment and recovery within a secure environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Peer Work or equivalent qualification and relevant experience.
  • Personal experience of mental health services and ability to utilize this experience to support others.
Work Setting:

The Forensic Hospital is a secure facility providing care for individuals with mental health issues. The peer workforce supports consumers through collaboration with staff to enable participation in treatment and recovery.
