We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Agribusiness Relationship Manager. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the prosperity and sustainability of regional Australian communities.
As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing tailored banking solutions to grow businesses and support local communities. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and deliver win-win solutions that meet growth targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and deliver solutions that drive business growth.
- Identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract agribusiness customers to our portfolio.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement localised engagement plans for successful customer outcomes.
- Drive profitable growth by meeting sales targets and achieving results.
- Support state team success by mentoring colleagues and growing skills across the region.
- Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline.
- Ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's licence.
- Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse financial statements.
- Knowledge of agriculture market conditions and agribusiness products.
