Ecommerce Studio Manager

As a key member of our creative team, you will oversee the production of high-quality Ecommerce content that drives sales and conversions. Your expertise in styling and directing will ensure that every asset meets brand standards and is delivered on time.

  • Style and direct all Ecommerce, campaign, and social content (model, flat lay, ghost mannequin)
  • Take ownership of the shoot process - from prep and logistics through to execution and post-shoot feedback
  • Manage shoot logistics: product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines
  • Lead shoot day execution and image selection to ensure output is commercially strong
  • Coordinate with external talent and internal teams
  • Review retouching and editing to align with brand standards
  • Maintain a well-organised studio environment ready to scale

Responsibilities include delivering high-volume Ecommerce content that impacts sales, collaborating with digital and marketing teams to produce content that performs, and ensuring consistency across all assets.

Key skills and qualifications include 2+ years in an Ecommerce or fashion studio environment, strong styling ability, hands-on understanding of what drives Ecommerce conversion, and attention to detail.

We're looking for a collaborative team player who can manage deadlines, schedules, and shifting priorities, and work closely with content, digital, and marketing leads.
