About Our Editorial Team

We're seeking an experienced Editorial Leader to join our eCommerce team. As a key member of the editorial team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality content and overseeing daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring editorial excellence.

In this position, you'll oversee content production processes, manage day-to-day workflow, mentor writers and social producers, and optimize workflow efficiency. You'll also collaborate with the Editor and stakeholders to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should be a skilled leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should be comfortable creating video and appearing on-camera, as well as public speaking and advocating for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in content creation and management

  • Proven experience in off-platform content management, creation, and innovation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
