Deputy Editor Role Overview

As a key member of our eCommerce editorial team, the Deputy Editor plays a pivotal role in maintaining content operations and ensuring high editorial standards.

The successful candidate will oversee content production processes across the department, manage workflow and deadlines, mentor writers and social producers to develop skills, and optimize workflow efficiency and performance.

This leadership position is responsible for refining strategies and improving outcomes through collaboration with the Editor and stakeholders.

Key objectives include monitoring competitor activity and industry trends to inform content direction, championing brand voice and editorial quality across all content, and supporting the planning and execution of tentpole and seasonal content projects.
