They needed more, and knew that people with disability could have more independence, choice and control in their lives. What you'll do - Senior Content Producer

As our Senior Content Producer, you'll be the voice behind some of our most important content, from EDMs to landing pages, and social posts. You'll help bring Hireup's brand to life with copy that's clear, compelling and grounded in the lived experiences of our community.

You will:

• Write copy that speaks directly to our different audiences (support workers, people with disability and older Australians, families, and service providers)
• Develop messaging frameworks and campaign narratives in collaboration with our marketing, brand and BD/sales teams.
• Work with designers, multimedia producers and content strategists to bring campaigns to life.
• Help maintain and evolve our tone of voice, keeping it consistent but never cookie-cutter.
• Review, edit, and polish copy across the business to ensure quality and consistency.
• Drive awareness and engagement through paid campaigns, social media, partnerships, and thought leadership content.

Your Background

You're a thoughtful, purposeful writer who brings clarity and care to every brief, whether it's a homepage headline, onboarding email or video script. You know how to write for different channels and audiences, and you're confident shaping copy that feels human, helpful and aligned with the moment.

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in a content, marketing or creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of copy and creative across digital channels (e.g. email, web, video, social).
• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack and Figma in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex information in a simple, human way.
• An eye for detail, happy working autonomously as well as with others, and the drive to own your work from start to finish.
