Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our procurement team as a Sourcing Specialist. This is a key role that will drive business change and improve productivity, value, and operational efficiency for critical procurement programs and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Transformation: Develop and implement effective processes and systems to optimize procurement operations and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement-related matters, including risk management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with experience in driving business change and improvement initiatives. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related commercial role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in technology, finance, sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Strong capability in analyzing data, interpreting trends, and presenting findings and recommendations.
  • IT Literacy: Advanced IT skills, with the ability to engage confidently with systems and technical specialists.
  • Commitment to Sustainability: Demonstrated commitment to responsible procurement practices, with an interest in sustainability and ethical sourcing in the supply chain.
