Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Perth, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading consulting, construction, and engineering firms and contractors across APAC to help them find solutions that characterise and reduce ground risk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of the portfolio within existing enterprise accounts by understanding customer business needs and delivering tailored solutions that help them succeed. They will also plan and execute strategic account plans, advocate for solutions during business reviews, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver end-to-end infrastructure software solutions.

Key responsibilities include leading the successful rollout of solutions, maintaining high levels of communication with customers, analysing usage trends and sentiment to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and improved outcomes, identifying and nurturing customer advocates for testimonials and case studies, collaborating closely with teams to uncover and close new opportunities for product consumption, coordinating internal resources to support customer needs, and demonstrating strong proficiency in core solutions and workflows.

Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years in a Technical, Pre-Sales or Account Management role with a focus on geotechnical solutions and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with complex technology customers and managing relationships to drive engagement and renewals is essential.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to operating effectively with uncertainty and change are required.
