Job Title:

Asset Manager


HES Investments is seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to lead our investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing investment strategies that deliver strong returns while accelerating our contribution to a more sustainable world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain asset class quantitative models to inform active positions.
  • Propose timely Dynamic Asset Allocation (DAA) changes.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader investment team to keep abreast of changes in the macro/market environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Significant market experience in a senior role in investment management.
  • Proven ability to undertake both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making.
  • Experience using analytical programs with strong coding skills and Excel modelling including VBA.
  • Knowledge and experience of portfolio risk and managing derivative instruments across key financial markets.
