Assistant Director and Educational Leader

Community Services #1 is seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Director to assist our Throsby team and take on the role of Educational Leader. As the Educational Leader, you will guide and mentor educators, ensuring the implementation of a high-quality educational program that meets the developmental needs of children.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a quality Before and After School Care program at our service in Throsby
- Guide and mentor educators to ensure the implementation of a high-quality educational program
- Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day management of the program
- Foster an environment where educators, families, and children feel welcomed and have a strong sense of belonging
- Above award wage, including Children's Services Award – Children's Services Employee Level 5 with a salary range of $35.13 – $36.28 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation
- Educational Leader allowance of $2.23
- Split shift allowance of $19.00 per day (if applicable)

- Permanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight), working block shifts of either 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Split shifts required only to fill ratios or cover absences within the leadership team
