About the Role

Mawson Out of School Hours Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director in the day-to-day management of the program, ensuring all Educators, Families, and Children feel welcome and valued.
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional educational programs.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Collaborate with the Director and other team members to ensure the effective management of the service, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, schools, and the broader community, promoting the service and its values.
