Our organisation is seeking highly skilled and experienced pastry chefs to join our team in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing and baking high-quality desserts and sweet goods for large groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team in meeting menu requirements, ensuring that all products meet quality and presentation standards.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
We offer an attractive salary package, including:
- A competitive annual salary ranging from $104k to $110k per annum
- Super paid on all rostered hours
- Fortnightly pay with equalized hours
- 5 weeks of Annual Leave per annum

Key Requirements:
- Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years post-trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role
- Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups with a strong focus on quality and presentation
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and practices
