Western Australia Village Chef

We are seeking skilled Chefs to join our team at remote villages in Western Australia. Our ideal candidate will assist the kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals for various functions. This is a FIFO position with a 2:1 roster, departing from Perth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Australian recognized Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- 2+ years post-trade or commercial cooking experience
- Experience in bulk and batch cookery for large groups
- Confident working under pressure in diverse teams
- Focus on quality with attention to detail and presentation
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
