Western Australian Pastry Opportunities

Seeking skilled pastry chefs to join a dynamic team in Western Australia. As a FIFO Pastry Chef, you'll assist the kitchen team in preparing and baking a variety of desserts and sweet goods for village functions. This is a 2:1 roster position departing from Perth.

- Certificate III in Patisserie
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate
- 2+ years post-trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role
- Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups with quality standards focused
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a video introduction
- Phone discussion with Recruitment Team & culinary teams
- Complete paperwork and provide relevant documents
- Complete Pre-Employment Medical & Drug screen
- Complete all Site inductions - online and face-to-face
