FIFO Pastry Chef

We are looking for motivated and passionate FIFO Pastry Chefs to join the team on our remote villages in Western Australia. We'll need you to assist the kitchen team in preparing and baking a variety of desserts and sweet goods for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing. This is a FIFO position departing from Perth working a 2:1 roster.
What's In It For You- $104k - $110k per annum + Super paid on all rostered hours (11 per shift)

- Certificate III in Patisserie
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or trade certificate
- 2+ years post trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role
- Have a love for desserts, baking and pastry with a strong ability to be creative
- Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups with standards focused on quality
- Experience working with a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
