Job Title:
A senior operations coordinator will oversee and coordinate daily team activities, ensuring seamless logistics management and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee dispatch team activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to meet customer demands, manage inventory, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize dispatch processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and customers to resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive working relationship.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or team leadership.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Certifications: Obtain relevant certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, or OSHA, as required by the company.
