Event Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Specialist to assist with the efficient delivery of events. The primary focus will be on scheduling crew to achieve labour efficiency and successful event outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Roster casual and full-time crew to meet show delivery needs
  • Manage rostering and payroll system for casual and base staff
  • Plan rostering of full-time and casual crew to minimize payroll costs
  • Liaise with venues to utilize crew as required
  • Respond to general inquiries regarding staff shifts and troubleshoot issues
