Job Title: Executive Events Coordinator

As an Executive Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating corporate, civic and ceremonial events. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless event execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Coordinating catering services, supervising food and beverage staff, providing expert advice and information to officers on event-related matters.
  • Project Planning: Overseeing the preparation of project plans, programmes, invitations, and seating charts to guarantee successful events.
  • Logistics Management: Arranging the purchase and delivery of minor procurements to support event logistics, maintaining equipment and managing consumable stocks to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organisational, event management, and administrative skills.
