- Work-in-Progress (WIP) Management: Efficiently manage the WIP report to optimize productivity.
- Business Growth: Maximize the recovery of the Field Service business.
- Process Evaluation: Evaluate and improve current processes and procedures to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory, project management, or technical role is essential.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate PC skills, ability to analyze technical data and reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required.

- Adaptability: Strong ability to adapt yourself to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.
