Job Overview

This role is accountable for supporting planning, coordination, evaluation and management of operational services.

  • Coordinates rostering, payroll issues, recruitment, leave management and staffing concerns.
  • Supports other functions within the operational services department as required.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • A high level of knowledge and experience working in operational services and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to assist lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively negotiate, consult and build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage departmental changes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across a range of electronic mediums.
  • Experience in roster management ensuring compliance with industrial instruments and organisational goals.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Vaccinated against certain vaccine preventable diseases.
